💭 One Thing We’re Thinking About
Anna’s been grappling with the question:
What happens to my IRL world when I’m intentionally more disconnected from my phone?
So she ran a 30-day experiment called Slow 30 (a la 75 Hard) using the following guidelines:
10+ minutes of sit and stare in the AM
6pm “closing time” (delete socials off my phone)
Tech rest every weekend (delete socials off my phone)
One phone free walk a day
One deep grounding breath a day
Spoiler alert: It was amazing and she thinks everyone should try it.
We’re delighted to have one of our Internet People sponsoring this issue — thanks Braelyn!

👀 One Thing We’re Obsessed With
This article about doing the weirdest thing that feels right 💭
Sometimes it’s so hard to know how to take the next step — we overthink the best possible scenarios and the ideal strategy to execute, but sometimes, you just have to trust your gut, and do the weirdest thing that feels right.
Two things I hold in high value are self-knowledge, and overcoming fear. ‘Do the weirdest thing that feels right’ is a way to immediately see where I’m afraid, and to better understand myself.
