Mapping 🗺 instead of scheduling 📅

One of the things we’ve had to learn the hard way is that plans will not go according to schedule, energy levels will be unpredictable, and there’s no point in being hard on yourself about either of these things.

When you map out your weeks or days, it’s about identifying the 📍priority checkpoints where things are due and need to be completed — rather than packing the schedule so tight that one tiny thing might throw off the whole plan, and send you into a spiral of feeling like you can’t keep it all together.

Mapping allows for energy fluctuations and periods of lower pressure downtime, and is a great strategy for when you’re tired, burned out, or just in your Luteal phase.
